What do you do to get yourself motivated to lose weight if you have fallen off of the "band wagon" . Have you found it easier or harder to re-motivate yourself. Also what if you just can seem to get motivated no matter how hard you try, it just seems to make you more depressed or in a funk. I have tried changing up my diet, some exercise. I just really can't lose weight right now. I know I am going through menopause prematurely but at some point I should start losing again. I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on this as I find it hard to be successful and helpful I am myself am not doing a good job.
